Individual clients
The fee for handling a case is established individually, after familiarising with its details. The basis is the minimum rates specified in the regulation of the Minister of Justice of 2015 on fees for attorney activities.
When pricing, the degree of complexity of the case, the anticipated workload and duration are taken into account. The fee is charged at the time of accepting the case. In justified cases, it is possible to spread the payment into instalments.
Business services
For companies and entrepreneurs, the firm offers several models of cooperation, tailored to the scale of activity and actual legal needs. Details are established individually.
A fixed monthly amount covering an unlimited number of cases and consultations. Allows precise planning of the legal budget without surprises.
Billing based on actual hours worked, documented with a monthly statement. A good solution for varying demand for legal assistance.
A fixed base amount covers a certain pool of hours. Hours exceeding this limit are billed at an agreed rate. Combines predictability with flexibility.
The fee consists of a basic payment plus a percentage of the recovered amount or obtained benefit. Applied in cases where the outcome is measurable.
